I realize the weekend of the conference I attended was what pushed up the price. It is just too expensive. I am not saying it is not a great hotel, I am saying I would think it through and check other options before booking again.

I had booked a room for my sister’s birthday since they had a pool on site. Upon trying to check in, there was a notice that their pool was out of order and they were allowing you to cancel your reservation without any fees if you wanted to book elsewhere. They also informed me of a nearby hotel that did have a working indoor pool. It was very much appreciated that the staff were kind enough to do that and even though we didn’t get to stay there and had to change last minute, it was still a great vacation!

Well lit, welcoming, well designed, clean, not heavily scented with synthetic cleaners, scents to cover over bad smells, cheerful lobby for Christmas, great staff

Excellent location for Liberty University especially if you’re parking on East Campus. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Staff was excellent. We had to switch the dates and apparently booking.com did not do something correctly. We almost didn't our room but the person on duty was able to find us one.
